Kevin’s Pressure Washing & Restoration in Massachusetts leaves 4-5 minute automatic telemarketing messages on our phone. I called him and explained that our home phone was on both the Federal and MA state Do Not Call Lists. I also explained that we have an elderly family member who needs to call us at any given time because with a medical situation, and that his long telemarketing messages can potentially put her at risk of not being able to contact us (Admittedly, we have an old -tape- answering machine). He stated that it was probably a data entry glitch, and that it was “Not his problem”, and hung up. Has anyone had this guy call them?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Here's a number where you can give Kevin a taste of his own medicine: [protected]
Strict laws here in Massachusetts. I received a settlement of over 1000- dollars and the attorney made 3000. People you have to contact an attorney about ROBO calls. They exist. Make money off these people. Don't get mad. Get even lol.
Kevin has been calling me on my cell in the New Haven, CT area for years. His number comes up as "Blocked", so I never pick up and his robo 5 minute message is left.
I recently got an automated call where Kevin actually left a call back number: [protected]. He has the audacity to end his recording with "God bless you and your family". After reading the countless complaints about this shyster and the horrific way he treats those that dare to LEGITIMATELY complain about this harassment, it makes me sick.
I'm filing a complaint with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection in Hartford.
This guy is now operating in CT with the number of [protected] although the calling number shows on caller ID as anonymous. I never answer unknown aonymous calls and so this guy and his organization is taking up disk space with his long messages. I am intend to report him at the do not call registry website each time I receive a call.
NBC just did an investigative report on this guy.

The only way to stop this guy is to give him a taste of his own medicine. Call him up Keep him on the line waste his time order services for a fake address etc. If everyone who receives a call did this then the calls would stop or at least interfere with calls who might want his crappy service.
I received a message "Hi this is Kevin and I'm in the power washing and carpet and upholstery cleaning business. And we're looking to expand our customer base in the area and to do so or running some seasonal carpet and upholstery cleaning and power washing specials. If I could be of any help to you your family or friends. Please feel free to call us back at [protected]..." I called [protected] and the phone was answered by a male. I said I received a call from his number and asked if he was the service that was calling. When he asked me if I wanted a quote I told him no, that I wanted to be added to his do not call list and for him to stop calling. He then shouted back to me "are you calling just to complain with your ### mouth?" I then just said to him that I will be filing a complaint and hung up.
I just got an illegal robocall from Kevins. I am going on the Federal No Call list web site to file a complaint. I suggest anyone else who has received such a call from this business, who is breaking the law, file a complaint here.

As much fun as it would be to make false appts, I don't think it will work/others may havealready tried. I have received repeated calls, so I finally hit 9 to ask him to remove the number and when he answered asked if he could repeat his last name. He then asked for my Soc to see if I could afford to do business with him. Ha! I said, 'You called me, are you serious?" I told him I was going to report it and to go f(*& myself. At some point, this becomes harassment, since we are all on the Federal Do Not Call list, and the state should do something about it. You're right. He's not well.
I got Kevin's robocall 7/27/2015, No Caller ID. I have been getting these calls on my cell phone now and then for years. This time, I followed the instructions and pressed 9 and left a courteous message. Kevin returned my call a few hours later. I thanked him for returning my call and explained my situation. He said next time I get the robocall, I should press 8 instead of 9 to remove my number from his list. He hung up before I could tell him that option was not mentioned in the recording. Was not planning on reporting him until he hung up on me. Just filed a report with the National Do Not Call Registry. At least now I know how to unsubscribe. I Googled him and found a weebly site www.kevinspowerwash.com, screenshot attached, with this information: Kevin Ranck 845.662.3415 kevjrfl25@yahoo.com
He is now harassing me as well. I spoke with him and asked to be taken off his robo list as I am on the do not call list. Obviously that did not work. I couldn't get and address or a last name. I was so sick and tired of getting his call AND at all hours of the night that I set up an appointment to have my house pressure washed. Sure enough two young men showed up. One was working while home from college and the other was just out of high school. He pays them $10 an hour and they had no idea how horrible this man was. I told them to quit this job and not look bad. He is just bad news. They were shocked and scared when I mentioned the threatening and contacting the AG's office. I did get a last name "Slusser" and an address of 94 Oak St. Ludlow, MA. The license plate #on the vehicle is MA 713XF9. Obviously they did not clean my house but I managed to get this information. I also had them call him while they were at my home. I got on the phone and once again told him never to call me again. He was really one ticked off crazy man. That night, 10pm I got a call from him personally pretending to be concerned about water damage and "Sorry" had the wrong number. He called 3 times. I stopped by the AG's office in Concord NH and picked up a complaint form which I will complete. If he calls again I am calling the police and filing a criminal threatening complaint. I am NOT putting up with this. Any one else in the Hooksett NH are having this issue?
I just received a Robo call from this company...AT 9:45PM! I stayed on the line to listen to "Kevin's" automated sales message, then I pressed 9 to speak with one of his offshore Indian telemarketers. I sternly made it clear to not call my number again, and to take me off their list. This is not the first time I received an unwanted phone call from this company. Hey Kevin and company, I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST! AND IT'S PAST 9:00PM...YOU JACKWAGONS! Call my number again, ILLEGALLY, and I'll make it my life's mission to track you down and call you at all hours of the day and night!
Seems to call every month. Usually I just erase that same stupid message ending with a dumb quote from Mark Twain, but last time [July 17, around 4:40pm], I figured I'd just let him know the number he was calling was on the DNC list so he could 'scrub' it from his robocalling software. [before I found all the internet complaints about this bozo]. I called the number he left [[protected]] and got a machine, so I id'd my number and asked him to stop calling it.
On 8.14.2015, around 5pm this ahole's robo-dial message called again. I immediately dialed the number it left, and "kevin" actually answered [same monotonous voice that makes you just want to slap him]. So I said--"you just called my number that's on the do not call list"... and he hung up! I waited a few minutes and redialed, and the mo-ron answered again. So I said, "Kevin, don't hang up, I want" and he hung up again!I Waited a few more minutes, but this time he apparently figured out how to read the "caller id" on his cell phone and didn't pick up. I left him a message again telling him if he didn't remove my number, I would sue him for DNC list penalties--but now that I've seen these comments, I'm thinking if it was easy to serve him with papers, everyone in at least 3 different states would have done it by now--and clearly no one has?!
Does anyone have this guy's REAL name/address, because from all these comments it seems more likely this is some sort of "gypsy/traveler" scam. "Kevin" has been calling me for several years, and googling the phone number he's currently leaving gets a ' whitepages' result as from T-Mobile out of Enfield CT--and for a fee, 'peoplefinders' says it can provide an identity and actual address--but it sounds like "Kevin" uses several different last names --Slusser, Fitzpatrick--possibly Ranck? altho I suspect that last one [anonymous 1912 posted in July 2015] might be an erroneous id, 'cause even this guy couldn't be dumb enough to to put up a hackable web page, with an email address and picture. So are any of them really him? And everyone complaining here seems to have received calls from a variety of numbers, with his earlier efforts being answered by 'service reps' who were just as nutso as he seems to be-- so is he changing his number periodically [probably with untraceable off-the shelf phones], or does he have some "helpers" manning a phone bank?
AND it just seems unbelievable that neither the relevant government agencies nor NBC can track the actual guy down. Here's a thought--AGs, Consumer Protection agencies or any enterprising reporter--you hire the guy for a job, he sends out his poorly-paid minions who should have no loyalty to the guy if they're just 'subcontractors' with no real connection to the scam-artist. You get their ids [because clearly you don't want to let just anyone into your home, and they can't object to you wanting to be reassured that they are, if not honest, at least trackable should someone untoward happen to them or the property, perhaps needing an insurance claim!]. Now, If you're an actual gov't agent rep, you then have the leverage to get more info from them about their employer--they won't have the necessary state licensing, liability ins, or proof of any worker's comp. coverage. I would imagine that there's some statute they could be arrested for violating at that point. How does this guy pay them? Cash? Be there for the next payoff. A check thru the mail--well, that ought to be easy to track for the gubmint with a 'cooperating witness'.
But if even if they freak out, and leave without giving it up, or if you're just an investigative journalist [hey, losers at NBC], let's see... you have some names, you have a license plate and a vehicle--is it Kevin's truck, or the minions?--even if you don't have any way of getting DMV info, you could maybe 'social-engineer' additional info out of them--just follow them back to their lair[s], maybe find their local watering hole or hang-out, maybe add a cute chick whose a brother just happens to be looking for part-time job and watch what happens--sooner or later they'll lead you to the source of all our pain.
If anyone does locate some accurate intel on 'Kevin', just post it please--I really want to stick to this 'blank' financially, and since he's such a fan of free enterprise he should appreciate the sentiment.
"Kevin" called our DNC registered phone on Labor Day. Caller Id didn't show a number. I answered the call and pressed the number to speak with him. The number rang and rang until it was finally answered by "Kevin" himself. I must have interrupted his Labor Day picnic because he refused to tell me information about this company. I told him that he was calling me on a DNC registered number. He quickly became very agitated, swore at me, told me to go back to Russia, and threatened to come over to my house and beat me up.
The comments on this form go back to 2010 or 2011. He's been calling and leaving those long messages for years; I've gotten several over the years. He's violating laws in several states not to mention the Federal DNC list. With all these complaints and threats of physical violence, what's wrong with the law enforcement agencies in MA, NH, and CT that they can't find this guy and shut him down for good?
I've been receiving calls from "Kevin's Power washing" since I moved a year and a half ago. It started out weekly then quickly moved to daily. I finally spoke with a telemarketer for his company and asked for the calls to stop. She abruptly hung up on me. Then the calls started again. Robo calls with long messages at least twice a month. They stopped for a few months and recently started again. I finally spoke with the caller and she went on and on about how pretty my name was and if I wanted services. I said hmmm power washing. She said she'd have Kevin call me and he did within five minutes! When I asked him why he was calling me at 9:25 pm, he became aggressive and argued that I had called him looking for services. I explained that his calls were annoying, I'm on the do not call list and I want him to stop, he said he was trying to make a living. I said I read all the complaints and he said it was all because he was aggressive in his market and I called him. I finally gave up and hung up. His new dummy number is [protected].
Dear Kevin, pray I never find you.
I hired K. to pressure wash and seal my back deck. He sent a fellow to pressure was and sand my railings on Wednesday, the l7th of August. He did a good job and called Kevin to confirm that he was done, and was told that it had to dry and he would return on Friday to seal it. I stupidly paid him and he has not returned. I have called Kevin on several occasions and was only able to leave a message. He has not called me back. I have talked to another fellow "Michael" who answers the phone "American Quality" and he stated that we will contact his boss "Kevin" and get back to me.
Both Kevin and Michal have not returned my several calls. Someone arrest these people.
