Kevin’s Pressure Washing & Restoration in Massachusetts leaves 4-5 minute automatic telemarketing messages on our phone. I called him and explained that our home phone was on both the Federal and MA state Do Not Call Lists. I also explained that we have an elderly family member who needs to call us at any given time because with a medical situation, and that his long telemarketing messages can potentially put her at risk of not being able to contact us (Admittedly, we have an old -tape- answering machine). He stated that it was probably a data entry glitch, and that it was “Not his problem”, and hung up. Has anyone had this guy call them?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is definitely his number: [protected], since when you call it you get a recording with his voice. He sounds crazy.
just got a robo call from Kevin. I pressed nine and asked for the name of the company. A women, very polite, told me it was kevin's restoration. I asked where he is located. She tried to pronounce the name of a town. Sounded line Wrentham (ma). I told her there is now a $5, 000 fine for this call and I was reporting her. She said, "oh my."
I took some advice from other commenter. Only phone number that worked was the [protected] number. I used the *67 and number idea. Seemed to allow me to leave a message. Don't know if it will mean anything.
I did file a complaint with the DNC registry.
Has anyone gotten an address for this guy? I have had all the same above experiences but the number I reached him at is [protected]. He picked up the phone and was verbally abusive and threatened me. The MA do not call database requires an address to file a complaint! Don't they understand how hard it is to get that from these jerks?!
Kevin really was abusive when I recorded him on the telephone. Now I may file a lawsuit against him for compensation for damages upon which relief may be granted. His gal was very pissed that her number was contacted. Kevin did go off on me for about two minutes and I will send a letter to the AG and maybe contact the police for the record.
Kevin gets very pissed off when you send his medicine back. LOL
Got another call today from Kevin. This after speaking to him a few months ago about stopping his phone messages, which he agreed to do. Pressed 9 and spoke to Misty who promised to stop calling and remove my name from the data base. Not less than 10 minutes later. phone rings...it's Kevin! Going to try some of the above suggestions.
I just 5 minutes ago received a call from Kevins restoration co. And was shocked to see all these bad complaints about him and his bothersome calls! Wow! I was considering using his services but HELL NO, NOT NOW! I cannot stand companies that continuously call residents and when NICELY ASKED not to, THEY BECOME ABUSIVE AND THREATEN TO HARM THE PERSON WHO COMPLAINS! HOW DARE THIS ### DO THAT?! Kevins restoration co. can go screw!
After several years of getting these automated phone calls and complaining without success to the abusive "Kevin", I finally went to the Connecticut Attorney General website, filled out a written complaint form, and mailed it in. They chased it down, and identified a Kevin Fitzpatrick who does restorations, spoke with him, and found he does not have a registration with the Department of Consumer Protection as required by law. Hopefully this is the person in question, and knows the the AG is looking at him.
The AG's office has a new telemarketing complaint form, and I encourage CT residents to use it:

Thank You! Kevin has been horrible to me, and the girl who picks up said "f--king ###-t" ! OMG This is working great! I dial his number, blocking it- *[protected] and then when his voice message comes on I press #1 (you dont have to listen to the whole message) then enter [protected] then # and then # again to send it. I can only hope he is as bothered by these phone calls as my family is to his. We are on the Do Not Call List too. He has no respect.
You can dial *[protected] if you want to remain blocked from Kevin. This is working great! Kevin seems very very upset that he is getting calls. The shoe is on the other foot, and Kevin does not like it.
The best thing we can do is give him a taste of his own medicine! Dial his number as many times as you possibly can. They have to clear their messages, this can be a pain. As they are to us. I have dialed them and left messages and they have picked up many times. They are frustrated, wow, now they know how it feels... DIAL KEVIN at [protected] then press #1 and [protected] then # to accept, and it sends our "KEVIN" a message. He seems to hate his own medicine... HAHA
I hit 9 and got some rude woman. I asked for a callback number as I was heading out but wanted more info. She said "Ya, right" and hung up. If I could get more info I would file a complaint. May have to spend a little more time with it next time, maybe set up an appointment and have the police there to get some ID.
This business continues to call me after I have requested to be removed from his list, and today when I asked how to reach him to file a complaint with the AG's office, he hung up.
Well I had plaintive Looong calls from Kevin a while back that clogged my voicemail. It stopped after I spoke to him. Then again it started today when I was home. I pressed 9 and spoke to Sally. I managed to get Kevin's number from her. It is [protected]. Kevin called me from [protected]. I asked him to stop calling. He was abusive and threatened to come over and deal with me if I reported him to the FTC or made comments online. He also mentioned a state trooper relative who would serve me with slander papers. When I mentioned that he is ignoring the law, he called me a fascist and accused me affecting his way of making a living. He also referred to my neighbors as "my people" reflecting on my religion and ethnic background.
He is very sensitive to discussions of his bothersome calls online.
I can't find a website or any listing for his business. He is not listed by the Stoughton Town Hall.
I filed a FTC complaint and am considering filing a complaint with the local police for threats of bodily harm.
I have received many phone messages from this low life. I have filled out many complaint form for both the state and federal do not call list. Even had the Hampshire District Attorney Office Consumer division call him. He says he will stop calling but doesn't. Would love to fine a way to hit him with some large fines. Anyone have a way to get the state or feds to go after him?
I got a call from this business on my voicemail. The callback number that was left in the message was [protected].
Everyone should report this sleazy business.
Do you have a phone number where they can be reached? I think they are violating a lot of do not call and telemarketing rules (I think they have to leave a contact number) and I want to report them.
I got his info +[protected] he is in ludlow mass 94 Oak Street
