Kenza Trim — unathorised taking of money from my bank account
Placed order on the 2nd December for FREE sample's of Kenza Trim & Kenza Pure, after waiting until 17th December for the sample's to arrive I printed off my invoice to see if there was anyway I could track them considering I was charged for shipping.
To my horror I discovered that although I have not received my Free samples, a 1 month supply has apparently been shipped today and charged to my bank account, I have been assured that when or "IF" I receive this supply to ring +353=[protected] and they will give me an address of where I can return them and I will receive a refund.
However if I do not receive this 1 month supply like I have not received the free sample's, how am I supposed to get a refund?
I NEVER WANTED, I NEVER REQUESTED, AND I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS EXCLUSIVE AUTO-SHIPMENT.
HOW DARE THIS COMPANY TAKE IT UPON IT SELF TO SIGN ME UP TO THIS AND THEN GO IN AND STEAL MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.
