Placed order on the 2nd December for FREE sample's of Kenza Trim & Kenza Pure, after waiting until 17th December for the sample's to arrive I printed off my invoice to see if there was anyway I could track them considering I was charged for shipping.
To my horror I discovered that although I have not received my Free samples, a 1 month supply has apparently been shipped today and charged to my bank account, I have been assured that when or "IF" I receive this supply to ring +353=[protected] and they will give me an address of where I can return them and I will receive a refund.
However if I do not receive this 1 month supply like I have not received the free sample's, how am I supposed to get a refund?
I NEVER WANTED, I NEVER REQUESTED, AND I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS EXCLUSIVE AUTO-SHIPMENT.
HOW DARE THIS COMPANY TAKE IT UPON IT SELF TO SIGN ME UP TO THIS AND THEN GO IN AND STEAL MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Finally received the Month supply on 2/01/2013 and rang them for the 2nd time to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, only to be told I didn't qualify for a refund. After 20 minutes argueing with them I pointed out to them that it was a FREE sample I ordered not an introductory offer and that they had STOLEN money from my bank account as I never gave them permission or authorization to take money from my account did they finally concede and give me the RMA and the return address which was no surprise to find out it is a P.O.Box. I had also sent them numerous emails which again I made sure to tell them that they had STOLEN my money. Today 4/01/2013 the money has been returned to my account, and the month supply has been returned to: P.O. Box 2999, Riverton, Utah 84065, USA. Makesure you get a RMA from them before returning this unwanted introductory offer and tell them it was a FREE Sample you ordered and not an introductory offer, and remind them that they have SOLEN from you.

Hi Cjp8, I was so angry when I found out that this Company went and took money from my account without my authorization, I'm not usually so rude to people, but that really brought out the worst in me, I told them I didn't care about their terms and conditions as it is on the internet for everyone to see that they can change them any time they want. I was told many times that they would not refund me, but I did not put down the phone until they gave me the RMA number. Keep ringing them as well as emailing as they do not deal with refunds online. If your on a social network site, please let people know about this Company. This has to stop.

Hi Leanne, glad you got sorted with a refund. This experience really put a bad taste in my mouth, there is no way I would chance taking the free samples they sent me and I returned the one's they billed me for. I would be wary of what is in these capsules as it could be anything. Reading Cecilia's experience, she had side affects. The safest thing I'm going to do is take them to my local pharmacy to dispose of them.

Hi Alice, as you can see from my posts above I did not use this product. To be honest I'm sorry I ever sent off for the free sample, I should of had more sense as we simply do not know what are in these capsules so I would not recommend them to anyone. You really should go into a health shop in your City/Town, I'm sure it would be wiser to buy something over the counter from people you can see. Please do not give this Company your bank account details, as they will go in and steal from your account and then hide behind the internet.
Hi Yvette, Please makesure you ring this company again and tell them to stop taking money from your account or they will keep taking it every 30 days. Keep emailing them as well so as you have a paper trail and let them know they are STEALING from you as you did not give them authorization to take money from your account.

If you do not do this they will continue to take money from your bank account every month. Go to your bank and STOP all transactions with this Company, they are stealing from your bank account as you never gave them authorization to take this money. Please continue ringing them as well, as they do not refund money online.

Hi everybody, Yesterday I received my money back from my bank. First they said they couldn't refund the money because I was agreed with their terms and conditions, but when they takes 3 times money into 10 days (3x another amount), and I never received the other products, it's not legal. So, after I wrote a letter back to the bank, they refund the money ! So, girls, stopped your credit card, write a letter to the bank, and they must refund the money !

I come from Germany, and I have fared just like all other one:I ordered KENZA on [protected], and I received the first shipment on [protected], (however, this must already have been the subsequent delivery because my VISA was charged by the sum on [protected]).
Furthermore several loads were concluded in similar height at Kenza since input of my VISA data though of companies unknown to me which also offer capsules to the take-off.
The web sites look all, also similar to Bemerkenswerterweise the capsules and the same hotline no. interestingly enough is indicated everywhere. No employee goes as in the case of all others to the telephone here either but a ribbon speaks. The e-mail addresses aren't all attainable !

If at the end of the week, I don't hear from the company that they refund my money, I'll take a lawyer to refund it. I hope all of you will refund your money.

Hi, I'm from Belgium and I ask for 2 samples (2x3, 6 USD)the 8th of January, that I received. But now, when I checked my account, they took on the 01/21, 94.90 USD, on the 01/23, 84.90 USD and on the 02/05, 98.50 USD ! I didn't asked something, I didn't received something, they just took my money. Thanks Carol, I never thought of that. After taking 2 Im sitting on my lounge with pains in my chest but I think it's a co-incodance and the pains are from stress.
Im glad to see I was not the only one tricked into paying ONLY delivery for the FREE trials. I also got caught out when they stole money out of our account before the 2nd trial bottle was sent and 3 days before the trial date finished without even having the cnance to trial the products. The other silly thing was that each Trial bottle had a different date 3 days apart that I needed to call to cancel by. When I found out that they had stolen money out of our account and I tired ringing the Sydney and Brisbane number the people who answered on these number coudn't even speak english. They all spoke in Spanish. After numerous email and phone calls they finally refunded my money and I then recived the full bottle of Kenza in which I kept. I was lucky this time but once burnt twice shy as the saying goes. Does anyone know is it best to take the capsules with lunch or dinner for the best results and should I take the 2 week trial packes first or the month full pack first. Hope someone can advise. Don't order! My experience to cancel the order...really bad! They give you a dateline to cancel order, they back out on their word, they even bill you before the dateline and send you item! Worse of all...when you want to do RMA, you have to pay for postage for sending item back. As a result...alot more trouble for yourself to call your bank to stop payment and involve in investigating this merchant! Don't Order!
I had a similar experience and I have told my bank to stop payment to them. I am filling up a dispute form from my bank so that i dont have to pay for the bill for USD99.85 that Kenza Trim attempted to bill me from my credit card. History : I have received, completed my trial pack of Kenza Trim and Kenza Pure and found them not suitable, experienced giddyness. I sent in my request to have my offical first order cancelled as per Kenza Trim Support's team advise before 23 Dec 2012. (I sent cancellation on 22 Dec and received acknowledgement on 24 Dec 2012) but they back out on their word and billed me on 21 Dec and continue to send me Kenza Trim. They indicated I have to RMA, return the product and pay for my own postage when i did not order the product (remember i already done my cancellation as per their advice date).I am now sending item back and telling bank that this transaction is invalid.Bank will now do check on them.

After ordering the FREE product I also had 2 seperate amounts taken from my bank account. The company is currently closed over the Christmas and new Year break so I will be speaking to them asap.
