KFC - Service

On Sunday I went to KFC it was 9:12 pm. I was placing my order for 12 piece meal, when an employee said they didn't have chicken only wings, & tenders. I said you don't close till ten, I asked for manager she said the same thing but with a rude attitude. I ask for her name she said LeAnn, & after I continue to complain she said we can make a fresh bash it would be a 30 min wait, I said ok I'll wait. It was longer than 30 mins. Then employee finally brought out order I told him is my free Pepsi bucket there he said no, because I didn't ask for the bucket at the window. I ask for his name he said I can't give it to you, I said why it's a business he said he wasn't give it to me. As I waited for chicken I saw that they were not taking orders they wouldn't answer customer through the speaker. To me that's very unprofessional as customers should be first. They should have enough chicken ready for customers until closing time. The manager should be more respectful and not have an attitude. They didn't even give me a recipt of purchase but my total was $34.09. I just think this is not a way of treating customers.

The date is August 8th 2022 @ 7:50 pm. KFC location 7556 NW 58th St Tamarac FL 33321- ticket # 2489. I stopped by this KFC location to order7 PC chicken & 2 pot pies before driving home for dinner. As I requested my order.. I was told that it would take 30 minutes or so for the drive through order.. I told the young lady taking my order that I would wait... she said & there will be another 30 minutes for your two pot pies... I said yes, and asked for the manager... she said that "I am the manager & it's still going to be over 30 minutes for your order". The service was slow... and the person took my food to the wrong car... and the people took my order inside & later it came out to me... what if they did something to the food... the parking lot is full with cars waiting, the drive thru is also waiting.. the corporate office need to send some help for this branch..

KFC - service and rip off

ordered extra mash and mac & cheese, I asked the attendant if the extras were put in the bag. she replied yes, i get home and no extras. call store back ask to speak to general manager but was put on hold for about 15 minutes. phone got hung up tried calling back but it would ring busy tried many times but same thing. called another store to try to get the name and number of area manager, but they hesitated to give it to me. they finally did but same thing Rick Chavez did not answer left message for him to call me back. I doubt that he will. This store is located in 201 South 77 Sunshine Strip in Harlingen, TX 78550. They need a lot of work on customer service.
