I am so glad that this cleaning service has introduced me to websites like this because I have been scammed by two other cleaning companies. I am the owner of the condo, which Kelly’s Kleaning service out of Sarasota, Florida does business. I found them on Craigslist and thought that they were a company with a good reputation. Ha, what a joke. First of all, the guy who answers the phone, John, who says his wife does all the cleanings, is very rude. He does not know how to read emails and follow with his word. This cleaning company was paid and the check was cashed. After dealing with him, I soon found out that this company has only been in business since October 2010. He led me to believe that he has been in business for many years. I would be glad to comment further if anybody has any questions, I have all of his emails to prove his reputation. Also another comment, whoever cleaned the condo does not know how to clean bathtubs. If anybody is looking for cleaning companies, I would recommend looking for a company in the phonebook and not on Craigslist.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company has listed a fake name and address with the Sarasota County Tax Collector. Their real address is 3724 Norwood Ct., Sarasota, FL 34234 which is where the owners live. The owner, John Bonesteel (real name), has an extensive FDLE criminal history as well as an undocumented criminal history for stealing, fraud, identity theft, grand theft, and more.
This company does not do quality work and are far from pros. They are also running a cleaning business at the same address... Kelly's Kleaning aka Kelly Milburn, his baby's momma. Kelly has a history for check fraud and is John Bonesteel's side-kick. John answers the phones and does all the "office" work for Kelly's Kleaning. Kelly's Kleaning has also listed a fake business address with the Sarasota County Tax Collector. Both business addresses will lead you to two separate self storage businesses. This couple fled to Sarasota from Fort Myers/ Lehigh Acres/ Naples where they frauded many small business owners through their business Quick Signs Fast aka Quick Signs N More by taking money and never producing signs. They then started frauding people in Sarasota and Bradenton with their non-existing business Sarasota Print. If you are a victim of this ### please call the Sarasota County Sheriff at [protected] and tell them you want to report a fraud.
This company is shadier than you think. John Bonesteel is a career criminal all over FL and in other states: fraud, id theft, grand theft, grand theft auto, check fraud, cocain, conterfiet fraud etc. Used to run quick signs n more/ quick signs fast in Lehigh Acres and then Fort Myers until scandal sent them to Sarasota.

I have been in business for 20 years... and am worth a few million dollars. Let me make this clear. I have NEVER... EVER... talked to a more shady, rude, aggressive for no reason, idiot, in all my years of business... than Kelly's cleaning company. It was SO BAD I actually had to get on google and look this loser up. When I saw that someone else had already left a comment about him saying the same thing I just say back and laughed SO HARD. How did it conclude? John called me the next day acting like I owe him something. I asked who it was because I never hired him. I told him that he is not allowed to call me every again, that I chose a professional company, and that he is a weirdo. Stay AWAY from this company. For fun feel free to call him and see for yourself. Meet the idiot.
