1. My husband was "high-pressure sold" on products that did not turn out to be any good. AND we got locked into 3-year contracts for these products! When we told them that we needed to cancel because the product wasn't as good as they were saying and our clients wanted to go back to what we were using before, they just ignored us.
2. They locked us into quantities (pick a number out of a hat I guess). So whether you use all of the seats or not, you are charged for them!
3. The billing, SO MANY ISSUES! Check your statements. The information under Client Details does NOT match what we are being billed. I have complained for at least a year and get nowhere. I practically have a nervous breakdown each month trying to get their invoice to add up. We were charged for units we don't have any more. We are taxed HST and GST and it should just be HST. We are charged for 2 agents on certain units no matter what (we weren't aware of that). So many issues, nobody helping us.
4. We have had at least 4 ZOOM sessions to resolve these issues. They listen very nicely and then do nothing.
5. The only good products they sell are the Datto backup units (watch the billing though), and RocketCyber. That's it. Everything else sucks, but because of their billing issues, I'd look elsewhere.
6. We are overpaying about $1,000 a month based on the credits that we are asking for.
The company's lack of fair billing and sales practices make it feel very scammy.
