Karl Bundesen is known in Sonoma County as being the biggest LIAR and THIEF in the real estate industry. He company, Century 21 Bundesen, located in Petaluma, has many complaints against it for unethical activity. DO NOT use this company for any real estate dealings. There are many ethical companies around, and there is no need to waste your time with someone that will screw you just for money.

This is just rumor and hearsay. This site should be for specific complaints, not badmouthing people.

I am Karl Bundesen. I came across this posting here and on another site and I was quite upset. I do not know of Mr. Guy Smith, and to the best of my knowledge, has my company has not done business with him.

Mr. Smith, if you really know me and have a complaint about myself, my agents, property managers, or staff, then please bring it to my attention. I would like to hear from you personally to resolve any issue that you may have.

I absolutely disagree with Guy Smith. My families’ lawyer, who I trust completely, recommended Karl Bundesen after my aunt died. I found him to be, not only honest and reliable, but supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Coincidently, a Mr. Guy Quesenberry, right about the time this was posted, was trying to buy the house from me at a much lower price then it was worth.
