Kapsul Air review: Air conditioner

I placed an order for an air conditioner though Kapsil Air as one of the original backers. I needed a replacement which wWe sent last year, see attached emails. The air conditioner from Kapsul air stopped working and is completely dead. It will not cool. Kapsul Air provides a 5 year warranty which includes full replacement within the first two years. My unit is less than two years old. Please see supporting documents which are attached.

I have emailed them numerous times to no avail. Their commenting on social media pages has been turned off.
