KanpakLLC review: Owned by golden state foods

I was on paternity leave for two weeks from kanpak which none of my bosses were happy about because I don’t need to take it I’m not a woman blah blah I don’t care I get the leave I just want some so I can get a couple weeks to my family and a week into leave I get a message from my boss asking when I’ll come back I told him Sunday and this is Monday on my schedule and I could just fall back into my schedule to which he responds with the very typical “K” yes I have the messages. So I go back to work and everything is fine as it’s a weekend but come Monday not even 2 hours into my shift I get called to the office and I was suspended from kanpak yesterday 11/07/22

for chewing gum which is an accident I mean come on just tell me to spit it out and leaving a garage door open in the bay which people do all the time when we pull milk trucks int the bay. Now this door was not a public facing door, it was facing their private fenced in property and like I said this happens all the time. I have not even gotten a written warning or anything from this company in a year! Anyways Fine it’s their company they can do what they want what is unfair and needs to be handled is how my leads and supervisors can use expired milk that’s over 70+ hours past when we’re suppose to dump it because it’s no good.! according to my paperwork and training we can only keep milk for 72 hours but we have used milk for product that’s 100+hours many many times because they need to make the money.! Now honeslty I’ve grown use to things like this as I’ve been in the work force long enough. I’ve been in the army I’ve worked for many other large companies but this company and the way it treats people has me absolutely befuddled. I have worked here for a year and made my fair share of mistakes but the way the handled situations and the way they have treated me and the friends I’ve made it’s absolutely not okay.! The videos I have of them running equipment that is severely out of GMPs not to mention dangerous as hell I have personally seen people receive chemical burns from machines spraying acid or steam leaks hitting people in the face and people from this plant have been threatening to reach out to company’s about this for some time to get help and I may be the first to do it but I am 100% just fed up I will not be returning to work for them I will not give them the respect of a two weeks notice. I manage my money well and I knew I could afford to take two weeks off and I’m fairly certain they have suspended me as retaliation for taking MY FAMILY PATERNITY LEAVE I am now stretched for bills severely while doing any work for spare change searching for a new job and also doing everything I can to get anyones help to make this company pay if for nothing more then their own neglect of their employees that work for them. I really don’t know what else to say I’ve never done or dealt with anything like this before but if you have can help me at all or just have more questions feel free to contact me at [protected] I know other people that work their that will gladly stand up with me. This company is so wrong for the way they operate. They say they are fixing things but I’ve seen a mild effort at best and nothing but a circle of managers that are all buddy buddy and want lower works to suffer for their satisfaction and I cannot wrap my head around it. Last year someone even made a gun threat to the company and they had extra security precautions because they had upset them so bad. I should’ve known back then to just find a new job and that was my mistake and will now be remedying it but please help the good people that are stuck there in order to provide for their children.! I do not have pictures of everything on my phone but between myself another receiver that works there and a stork operator I don’t particularly like but he has been treated pretty poorly so I could see why’s he’s a bitter [censored] human which is another sad thing about peoples mental health from the work place we have quite the huge wtf moments and it’s just so common there as long as there’s no “inspection or audit” no one cares. They’ve almost conditioned their employees into lying for them but people are still sick of it crazy.
