Kaleoz affiliated with Seagm.com review: Paid but didn’t get my top up, no response from seller and seagm’s customer service is useless

Kaleoz is a third party seller website operated by SEAGM.com. You can buy top up services from third party sellers.

The problem I have - which I realized only after I made the payment - is that you just can’t hit the refund button (even before the product is delivered) because there isn’t one. There is no information about what will happen if the seller just don’t provide the services. The seller I came across this time is ‘montolcsb’. It promised ‘instant’ top up services for a game called Honkai 3rd. But after I hit the paid button it didn’t reply me in hours. And until it finally showed up with ‘done’, I found out that I just didn’t get the in game currencies I bought! I asked SEAGM and you know what, they said I needed to sort this out with seller and they can’t manually change an order? They are basically supporting scams (though seemingly they are not scamming by themselves). I just can’t imagine a website with so many good comments on the internet can have such a helpless CS team and third party sellers which are basically scamming customers. I feel very disappointed with them. I have reported this as a fraudulent transaction to my credit card bank and I will never - and I recommend you not to ever - buy with SEAGM and KALEOZ any more. Go to G2G or some other top up websites if you want but don’t use this one.
