I used Just Call Richard to remove some old equipment from our organizations store room and to dispose of old laptops. He was very efficient in coming to view the items and offered me a very generous quote, and even offered to buy some of the old this back from me! Thereafter, his team came and disposed of the items quickly. I will always use Just Call Richard whenever I am looking to dispose of any junk and you should too!

Richard is a wonderful resource for moving, disposal and even document shredding. His communication throughout the bidding, scheduling and execution was top-notch, professional and friendly. Today was our third time working with him to remove some furniture we didn't need, shred a dozen boxes and dispose of some electronics. He was here early to script everything out and they were done in less than 30 minutes. Lovely work, lovely guy.

Richard was fast, professional and affordable. He responded immediately to my inquiry and then worked with me to set up a time to view the scope of work in my building. His price was fair and he left the place immaculate so my landlord was pleased. Richard was a recommendation by 3 colleagues who had retained his services. All 3 strongly endorsed contracting with him. He was prompt in responding to my initial call, arranging a time to meet at my office, promptly providing me with an estimate and arranging a moving date. Office furniture to be disposed of was handled efficiently. The cost was within reason. The helpers were polite, professional, quick with care, and attentive to COVID-19 protections. When I closed my office in downtown Chicago due to retirement and Covid I didn't know where to turn to clean out the office and dispose of the furniture, file cabinets, and move my personal possessions and files. I remember receiving a flyer from Just Call Richard. He came by in 1 day , surveyed the office and gave a very reasonable quote to do all the work. On the moving day his crew came by where fast, polite, efficient , it was a pleasure to deal with them all. I would strongly recommend Richard to anyone who needs work done. Richard was a pleasure to work with and offered an incredibly flexible solution to moving. Due to COVID-19 and the entire office working remotely from home, we decided not to renew our office lease. As such, it either meant moving our office equipment, supplies, etc. to storage, Richard offered to dispose of all our stuff, while in exchange for reclaiming our older electronics, he would forego charging us for the move & dispose. We actually ended up getting some cash back from him for the electronics. Yes, we could have gotten more for trade-ins at Apple, but instead of having unused capital lying around, we saved a lot of time and grief of doing a move by using Just Call Richard. Highly recommend using his service and appreciate how honest, upfront, and simple he makes doing business together. Would use again for sure!

I highly recommend "Just call Richard" for business office moves. Richard quoted a price for my move which was much lower than the two other moving companies I contacted. He said the quote I give you will be the amount you will pay after the move not like other moving companies who increase their quoted price after the move and Richard kept his word. Richard was available any time I called with a question about the move. He returned my calls within one hour. He called me one week before the move to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Two wonderful movers and one driver did an excellent job on the move day. They were fast, efficient and professional. They were careful with each item they moved. I was very satisfied with the service that Richard provided with my small office move from downtown Chicago to Palos Hills.

I can't speak highly enough of Richard and his team! Like many organizations, we decided to forsake our physical office space to work remotely for the next year as a result of COVID-19. Unlike many other offices, we had to vacate our space within three weeks as our lease was up at the end of June. Richard and his team were incredibly responsive, efficient, and helpful. He was able to dispose of all of our unwanted items (old furniture, outdated electronics, etc.) and gave sound advice about the most efficient and cost-effective measures to an office move (something I had never done before). His quote came in lower than the other companies who submitted RFPs, and his customer service is phenomenal. His most used phrases were: "it's not a problem" "we'll take care of it" and "that's what you pay us for." During an incredibly time-sensitive period with a lot of moving pieces, Richard and his team were a source of calm assurance. The move went splendidly (including two different locations!) and I will not hesitate to use Richard again when we move back to a physical location. Just Call Richard was the saving grace of our office move! Highly highly recommend him!
