I was in a car accident on 9/19/22 and was hit from behind by a truck from this company. Come to find out they had no insurance on their vehicle now I have to pay to get my car fixed and I have no way of contacting this company to find out what is going on. They keep telling the insurance company that they have insurance and their insurance keeps saying they have none. How can a business not have vehicle insurance on all their vehicles. I am disabled and can barely afford to live, now because of this company, I have to use money that I don't have to get my car to get to doctor appointments and the church where I am a part time pastor at. It even says on the police report that the accident was their fault due to faulty brakes on the vehicle.

Desired outcome: I want the $500 deductible, $120 for a rental car I had to pay, and $500 I have had to spend to give to friends to drive me around the last 2 months waiting for my car to be fixed.
