Jordan Quinn Photography review: Overpriced and Undelivered 12

As the owner/photographer of Jordan Quinn Photography, I am obviously deeply concerned when a client is unhappy for ANY reason. This client and I reached a mutual agreement for misunderstandings surrounding her wedding shoot. I consider the matter closed but am grateful for the learning opportunity and continue to strive to make all my clients’ experiences both positive and professional and with outstanding results.

I worked with Jordan when she was just getting her business started up and she not only took some amazing lifestyle shoots of myself, but also captured some of my favorite moments with my fiance and dog in a few of her improvised shots . She was easy to work with and has a great eye for texture and color. Jordan caught some of the most incredible shots of my dog who I just lost a few months back, and because I had Jordan there to capture the moment I will always have those beautiful memories to treasure. She is fun to work with, creative and open-minded, which you can instantly tell when you get your proofs back. I have seen the photos from many of her different shoots since we worked together (from lifestyle to save the date, newborn to wedding) - if you look at her photos you will see her gift for capturing sweet and priceless moments. I highly recommend using Jordan as your photographer - she loves what she does and is tremendously good at it.

I was asked to assist Jordan with her start up, and pose as a model for her portfolio and website. The experience was fun, comfortable, and very rewarding. The photographs turned out absolutely beautiful, and I have hired Jordan to take my headshots in the spring. Her love for photography is shown in her work and dedication. I highly reccomend her if you are looking for exquisite photos with a point of view.

I was shocked when I read this complaint about the way that JordanQuinn Photography treated this customer. Jordan was the photographer for our save-the-dates and destination wedding in June 2009 and both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased. We had two different photographers for our wedding and Jordan was every bit as professional and talented as the other company. Despite our highly unorthodox wedding she was flexible and creative - always coming up with better ways to capture the moments. She even photographed at events (during the 3 day wedding) to which she was not hired to come. We were exceedingly pleased with her images and received a CD, within a week, with more pictures than could ever be used. She traveled to the destination, arranged her own transportation and even took care of all of her own meals without me receiving any more than a check-in phone call. On the morning of, she arrived 2 hours in advance (even though we got married at 9am) - after scoping out the situation at the rehearsal the night before - and took every picture imaginable of the preparations and the actual ceremony. She did not even call me that morning, as she was there before I even thought of her. The person described in this complaint could not be the same JordanQuinn I worked with and I do not believe that she could or would have behaved in this way. I will continue to use and recommend JordanQuinn photography and hope she will be able to take pictures of our infant daughter. I wouldn't trust anyone more.

August 2010 I had the privilege to work for Jordan as her photography assistant for a wedding. I had never worked with Jordan before, but I quickly realized how innately talented and passionate she was with her photography. Jordan puts her heart and soul into her work to capture quality memories and once in a lifetime moments for her clients. I have never before been exposed to someone with so much passion for their craft, and it was inspiring.
The claims made above are impossible to believe, as I have been witness to her work ethic as my supervisor for an all day wedding shoot. Being an “insider” to her work, she was so genuinely happy to be there as the photographer. She wanted everything to be perfect for her clients and she made every effort to ensure their satisfaction. She was very professional, however she also made her clients at ease with her presence. We arrived early and we stayed late. She bent over backwards for the clients’ needs and wishes, so much so that the bride and groom went out of their way at the end of the evening to thank Jordan in front of all of their guests. With her commitment to quality and her acute attention to detail, I find it impractical to even associate Jordan with the claims of the original complaint. I hope that I have the opportunity to work for her again and I continue to recommend her to everyone looking for a photographer.

I worked with Jordan in the fall for engagement pictures and we couldn't have been more pleased with the way the photos turned out or the experience of working with her. Jordan made sure to take the time to get to know us so that our personalities could shine through each image and she went above and beyond by extending our shoot (for free) to make sure she could get as many shots as possible. I have a very hard time believing any of the complaints that the bride posted are true since Jordan has always been very professional in all our communication and even bent over backward to fit in our meager budget. I have already recommended and will continue to recommend Jordan to fellow brides. I have no doubt that she is going to be a fabulous part of our wedding celebration.

I've worked with Jordan before on two lifestyle shoots and she was nothing but accommodating and the epitome of reasonable. She is not only incredibly talented with an unparalleled creative eye, but she delivers in a timely fashion and is always willing to go out of her way to make sure her clients are satisfied. I am appalled by the complaint made about this professional and will continue to highly recommend Jordan Quinn Photography to everyone for their photography needs.

I, too, hired Jordan to shoot my August wedding. To put it simply, my wedding was perfect. Jordan provided us with over 600 fully edited photographs to choose from. She provided friendly, professional service and always made sure my needs as a bride were met. I doubt there is truth to many, if not all, of these claims. Jordan would have slept in the gazebo where I got married if I'd asked her to. Jordan is a flexible, kind-hearted and motivated person. Without hesitation, I recommend Jordan Quinn Photography to anyone.

I recently worked with Jordan on some lifestyle photos for my DJ endeavors. The experience was one of which I cannot speak more highly. She was notably professional while remaining creative and intuitive. Yes, her work is absolutely outstanding, but what really stands out is her ability to forge a relationship with her client in order to capture beautiful subtleties and attributes within the person and the environment. On top of that, Jordan is exceptionally accommodating and flexible, so working with her could not be easier. I continue to tell my friends and colleagues about Jordan Quinn Photography.

Jordan Quinn Photography did my head shots in winter of 2009 and they came out wonderful. I use them for most of my project submissions and get compliments on them from industry professionals.

There is no possibility of truth in these claims. Jordan is the consummate professional. She is highly creative, inspired and dedicated. Having been a wedding photographer in the past, I too dealt with equally wacky brides and their families. Jordan was my wedding photographer, and not only have I already recommended her, I will continue to in the future. She loves people and loves her craft, and is very talented. Don't let one bridezilla dissuade you. Happy to share the beautiful result of her work.

I've worked with Jordan Quinn Photography on two separate occasions. Once for personal portraits, as well as a second time for an engagement shoot. Beyond the incredible collection of photographs I received on each occasion from Jordan, she made both experiences fun and memorable. She was extremely professional in her demeanor before, during and after the actual photoshoot. Ther ewas no discrepancy between what I was expecting and what I received. Her ideas and creativity resulted in a gorgeous set of photographs that I will cherish for a lifetime. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer, and I plan on using her again in the future.
