Jon Wayne of San Antonio, Tx. review: Aeroseal & Duct Work

I called Jon Wayne earlier in the month of August for an issue regarding excessive dust in the house. We had a technician come to the house for premium air delivery renovation cleaning & sealing. He replaced the filtration system media, enviropure UV purification rejuvenation, bulb replaced, filter replaced, ALL COMPLETED ON 11/14/22. Work remaining- Aeroseal & duct cleaning is left. Appt. Was made for 08/17/2023 between 10-2pm. The company called and stated the technician was running late & would be after 2pm. I had a Doctors appt. @ 3pm in SA. OK, I can accept that. So rescheduled for the next day 08/18/2023 between 10-2pm.

Receive a call from Jon Wayne stating no one would be coming out today because a Warranty person needed to verify the problem. I AM LIVID. WHY DID JON WAYNE REPRESENTATIVE NOT FORESEE THIS PRIOR TO THE APPT? All the work they do is under warranty. So now we are leaving town for 15 days. Will have to reschedule after Labor Day. We have spent $10,109. With this company. This action is unacceptable, unprofessional, & unethical. Invoice: 608032 Work order: 22-11873.
