My husband put money into his 401 K through this company, and they literally spelled his name wrong on the 401K and then tried to blame their mistake on his previous employer. We have sent numerous forms to Nark Millsap to have the money refunded, but he continues to say that it is either the wrong paper, or something was not filled out right. I am so thankful that he is no longer using them and he has a better 401K through his current employer.

Recommendation: Do not use this company it is a scam
