J&J Construction review: Kitchen installation

We agreed with J&J Construction the installation of an ikea kitchen. We agreed and paid $4800 for this.

The installation of the kitchen was absolutely abominable.

Cabinets were not installed plumb, the expensive countertop was cut wrong which lead to a gap of 3/8 inch in between the slabs

The countertop was installed too low leading to drawers not being able to close or open, drawers and doors sticking out below the cabinets

The kitchen was left as finished with the oven not installed, stove not connected, garbage disposal not connected, light in drawers not find ironing due to the change in height of doors and drawer fronts, air evac not connected, thick blobs of caulking still on the countertops everywhere.

A horrible horrible job overall. We have spend several thousand dollars to fix the horrible job J&J Construction left is with plus we had to replace materials that could not be used anymore.

When confronting the owner of the company with this he first said he would take care of the weekend following. We have never heard from him again.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior and worst service I have ever seen. I would definitely strongly advise against using this company.
