Delivery time for this promotion is 8 weeks. I was told to check the delivery tracker. I live in the UK. The package got "lost" in Singapore. Order No. Order JB16289. No trace of order no. on the tracking page. The tracking number was UB131093495SG. This is the URL which shows the tracking "history". However, an hour after I sent an email to the company today (4th August 2020), the tracking page has been replaced by a different page which confirms that the order no. is unknown.

Here is Jillbury's Refund policy:

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
If your order with us doesn't arrive to the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we'll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs or we will gladly replace the item for you.

You may refund/ cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, your order is getting ready for shipment and thus, the order can't be canceled.

Jillbury's phone no. is 858 239-4380 - presumably this is the US since the purchase cost was in USD.

I have sent 4 emails to the company on 29th June, 21st July, 28th July and 4th August. I have waited almost 10 weeks. The order was apparently dispatched on 3rd June. Total cost of the order inc. postage = $24.94. My email dated 28th July required a refund. No reply. Today I emailed to tell the company that it was going to be reported.

I would like a refund.If Pinterest cannot do anything for me, which US Government Department do I write to to make an official complaint?

(Regarding sending photos or videos, not sure how I can do that for an email thread. Data framing software only allows framing of data visible on screen.)
