Jiangsu Yancheng Times Stainless Steel Co Ltd review: 304 stainless steel 4mm annealed wire

First order placed for 304 Stainless Steel 4mm Annealed wire. The order was confirmed and shipped. After shipping Material Certificate received of our order that was tested. The order arrived and was NOT stainless steel at all but rather scrap wire.

Supplier not interested in accepting their mistake. Tried to communicate but no response. Started reporting the company and had the Wuxi Authorities inspect their premises. Then they came back to the table for discussions.

Agreed to take the money paid for the first order as a credit for the new order. Also agreed to pay half the shipping costs of the 1st order.

New order placed. Price increased which we agreed to. Then the price increased again for the annealing - which was included on their quote from the beginning. To prevent the same from happening we got an agent to be there when production was complete to witness the packaging (which they promised to do as we requested but did not package the products as agreed). Our agent took samples and sent them to a facility of our choice. Test came back as 304 Stainless Steel but the annealing was still incorrect. Had samples sent to South Africa and had it tested again. Results still came back as incorrect. Our customer cancelled their order due to constant delays and increases in prices. We had to cancel our order with the supplier as they still could not produce the products as per our requirements. We requested they refund us and they refused and now no longer respond to any emails. I have a pdf report of all documents and correspondence between us and the supplier as proof of our accusation.
