We took in our 2019 tri-glide ultra classic in prefect working condition, in for a factory recall update for the brake light issue with harley touring models, even though it was not having the issues in the recall just to clear the "open recall" attached to the vehicle. We received the trike back the same day and found out the following day that the reverse no longer worked and it keeps showing error codes. (the reverse worked fine the morning we took it in) not sure what they did to it.
We took the trike back to the dealership where it has been sitting for 3 weeks while they try to figure out just went wrong with the update. As they are very understaffed for the amount of service, they are selling the mechanic keeps getting pulled off to work other services, and many times will not get to our trike at all. The repair work on our trike has not been addressed so it just sits there with the wiring disconnected.

Desired outcome: we would like the trike to be fixed and returned in the same working order it was in, when it was taken into them, in a timely manner.
