Had a signed proposal for Jet-A-Pet, they increased the amount without authorization... very unprofessional.

    I have just received an extra cost from Jet-A-Pet 2 weeks before they are to pick up my dogs. I have paid the ORIGINAL signed quote in full. Now they want an extra $2000. This is unprofessional and disgusting. They are playing on people's attachment to their animals. Did you end up having to pay the extra money??? I picked them because they were cheaper by a few hundred dollars but now they are more expensive then the most expensive quote i received.

    yeah i sent them a quote request and they have yet to get back with me. very useless company and the owner is no friend to animals, and staff just like him.
