Jesus Montoya Construction review: The work didn't cost such sum, which I have paid to these people

I have bought new house and needed to change it a little bit. I called to Jesus Montoya Construction. I have told where I wanted to change the paint and repair some stuff. The owner told to pay him $3, 000 and after 3 weeks he suddenly announced that it was small sum and he needed more, because he couldn’t buy all materials and tools. I wasted so much money and got terrible work and services.
