Ok, so I ordered hair from Jessie's Selection (jessiesselection.com) and I gotta say, I am lovin' it so far. It's only been like a week since I got it, but let me tell ya, this hair is super soft and it feels like heaven when I run my fingers through it. The lace color is poppin' and the curls are givin' me life! When I add a little water and conditioner to define the curls, it just takes it to a whole 'nother level. Plus, mouse gives it so much more definition, ya feel me? This hair is definitely gonna be my go-to, no doubt about it. In fact, I'm already planning on ordering from them again, that's how much I'm feelin' it. If you want hair that's gonna make you feel like a queen, then Jessie's Selection is the way to go, trust me on this!

I just wanna share my experience with Jessies's Selection and daaaaang it wasn't good. Let me start by saying it was all bad. First off, they sell these wigs and hair and they're bogus. B-O-G-U-S. Nothing like what they advertise. It was terrible quality, messy, and didn't look nothing like the photos.

So, I reached out to them for a refund and they weren't helpful, man. At all. They didn't even give me a return address. They were trying to git me to do some things with the wig so they could keep my funds. Like, what?! No way. I wasn't having it.

Please please please do not mess with this company. They're shifty and sneaky. Save your dinero and go somewhere else. Don't say I didn't tell ya!

Jessie’s Selection is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. They have really bad service and the quality of the hair they sell is terrible. I purchased a U part wig from them and when I received it, the box was completely destroyed. The hair was all tangled and looked really cheap. I was really disappointed.

Their website says that they offer a 100% money-back guarantee, but when I tried to return the wig, they refused to give me my money back. It literally took me more than a month to get my money back. I had to send several emails to their customer service team, but they did not speak English very well and it was really difficult to communicate with them.

In conclusion, I would recommend that you avoid Jessie’s Selection at all costs. The hair quality is bad, the customer service is terrible, and it takes forever to get your money back. I had a really bad experience with this company and I would not want anyone else to go through what I went through. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

I was super excited when I found Jessie's Selection website because they had such a great selection of wigs and hair extensions. I ordered a few items and couldn't wait to receive them. However, my excitement soon turned into disappointment when I realized the items I received were not what I had ordered. To worsen the situation, the quality was terrible.

When I finally got a reply, it was just an apology and a promise that they would send the correct items soon. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a tracking number. Once I got the tracking number, I noticed that my package was still in China. I tried contacting them again, asking them to cancel the order and give me a full refund. However, they ignored my request and instead sped up the shipment, and the package miraculously arrived the next day.

To make matters worse, I received an email from Jessie's Selection asking me to remove my review in exchange for a huge discount. I refused their offer because it's not fair to other customers who might have the same experience as me. They even went as far as refunding me $15. But as of today, I still haven't received any kind of refund or discount.

Overall, my experience with Jessie's Selection was very disappointing. Their customer service was poor, and the quality of their products was subpar. It seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction and just want to make a quick buck. I don't recommend them at all and suggest looking elsewhere for better quality and service.

This company is a total cheat! You better look before you leap and be vigilant enough not to entrust your money to them! I tell you, their hair products are not at all what they claim them to be. I had ordered a wig from them, and they boasted of it being of 180% density and in genuine human hair - NOPE! Seriously speaking, the quality was so poor that it resembled no human hair and the density seemed to be somewhere between 50-80%. Moreover, their refund and return policy is the worst in the industry. You'll get frustrated after sending countless emails, but still, you won't get any clear response from their end. They don't even mind sending a replacement even after you making it clear that you aren't interested. In fact, it takes an eternity for your order to reach your doorstep; they claim 2-7 days but it's no less than 21 days. And don't even get me started on how thin and poorly plucked the hair on the wigs is! I can't stress enough that this company is nothing but a JOKE. They have no idea what customer service is and their reviews are extremely phoney. My experience with them turned out to be so torturey that I had to spend over a month trying to get a refund, and that's only because I had threatened them with an investigation. If you don't want to go through the same rubbish as I did, stay away from Jessie's Selection and splurge your cash somewhere else!

This company is a big no-no to anyone who's after quality wigs. They claim to sell human hair wigs but in reality, they're synthetic. I know what I'm talking about because I've bought and worn top-notch human hair extensions before. The wig I purchased from them was a total disappointment.

Never ever consider buying from Jessie's Selection - they don't value their customers. Instead, support black-owned businesses that prioritize their clients. Spend extra for a quality wig and avoid buying cheap ones.

This company should be exposed for the frauds that they are and their business should go under. Don't let these dishonest people take advantage of you - protect yourself!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Jessie's Selection. I ordered two wigs from their website on March 5th, and was promised that they would arrive within three to five business days. However, it wasn't until March 12th that I received a notification saying that my wigs wouldn't arrive until March 19th. I was thoroughly disappointed, and decided to reach out to customer service to request a refund.

It was at this point that I got an even bigger shock. I discovered that Jessie's Selection is actually based out of China, and that my wigs were being shipped from there. I was very surprised, because the website says that express shipping is available if you live in Georgia, and I had assumed that the company was based in the United States.

When I requested a full refund, I received a response from customer service apologizing for the delay, and blaming it on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. They said that they would try to get my order to me as quickly as possible, and offered me a discount as an apology. However, I was not interested in a discount – all I wanted was a full refund.

Despite my insistence, the customer service representative continued to apologize and tried to reassure me that my package would arrive soon. It seemed like they were ignoring my request for a refund entirely, which was very frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but I felt like I was being given the runaround and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.

In the end, I decided that I would not be shopping with Jessie's Selection again. I have had plenty of positive experiences with online shopping in the past, but this experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I wish that the company had been more upfront about their location and shipping times, so that I could have made a more informed decision when placing my order.
