JES Foundation Repair review: Wish I had looked at reviews about jes first

I called what I thought was a reputable company out to come tell me where my moisture issue was coming from. First off people if you are stupid enough to sign a contract with them make sure you totally read your Contract if it does not state exactly what you are hiring them to do you may have a problem. I was sold a job that I did not need my moisture issues were coming from wet duct work. I found this out from their installer after the job was done and was also told that my salesman knew about the duct work and just failed to mention it, of course he may not have sold me the job. I was later told when complaining about this matter that the Engineers said my home needed encapsulation their opinion since they never came out and looked they never gave me a chance to make up my mind about what I needed to do. They made the decision for me what a way to take advantage of people. They cover themselves with a BS contract and a lot of talk about them being Veterans like that makes them honest. I am just disgusted with this company. My duct work was covered under a warranty with my HVAC company this job should have cost me nothing.
