JES Foundation Repair review: Poor customer service and follow through

I met with the sales rep. and signed forms to have cement lifted a couple of months ago. My first call after was about letters received from Green Sky about credit issues. I received no call back. Called back a week later and asked to cancel order due to service issues and was promised a call from management. No call back. Receptionist said her records showed my work had been completed, it hadn't. Received a bill from Green Sky and called because everything looked ok and asked for work date, it is today, no show. Horrible! I just want out.
