JES Foundation Repair review: Don't use this company

I had JES come out to Calvert County, North Beach Joe did the inspection, I was impressed with him, he explained everything, I trusted him. Signed and couple months late I get a call oh engineers think age of the home maybe should replace beams all the way front to back, additional money of course but wanted it done right so Ok, another month or more goes by they start in Dec. when they say oh we need to replace most of the floor joists, TRIPLE the amount, we can't do just the beams your joists are so brittle it won't pass inspection, so stuck in a hard place we had no choice, they had already started doing the sump pump work, no the joists floors had to be torn up floors are still not level, Communication is awful with this company, The workers did the best they could arriving between 11 and 12 and staying until 4 to 4:30 and taking lunch, to me they were coming from Manassas. To me they should have gotten workers from a closer JES to do the job. We don't know if it's done right, it still hasn't gotten a final inspection, I think several things could have better, That first inspection done by Joe it ended up costing us Triple what the original contract was, there should have been some kind of compensation for that in itself, it was his inspection, 2nd No Follow up, the workers didn't know or hear from them, they kept saying they would come by NO Rudy, No Joe, took forever to get some pictures and they were taking with our cell phone, No Final yet and the sump pump is it working? who knows we have tried the test button it trips the breaker, we don't know if it's even working or not, and it's been rainy and we would have water under the house but cannot tell if it's working,. This all should have been tested.
