Jeep Wrangler review: Jeep 4xE Reservation 6 Months Ago, no update, no vehicle delivered on time, no replacement offers

On April 8th 2022 I reserved (with $500) a Jeep Wrangler 2023 4XE at Girard Automobile, 283 rue Valmont in Repentigny Quebec. They promised me a wait period of 6 months and that my vehicle would be ready around September 2022. My car search was over, I had made arrangements to not have a vehicle after September 2022 and that I would get my new Jeep as promised.

Since April I have not recieved 1 update on my reservation. On Friday August 26, 2022 I phoned the sales representative that I used my reservation with Mr. David Lemelin [protected], and he said that my vehicle would not be ready until "2023" with no date or month or any reason why my reservation was not going to be ready.

He did not offer to find me a similar or same type car with the current jeep inventories, nor did he give me a precise date on when I will be receiving my reserved vehicle. There is no ID number associated with my name and my only option was to "wait it out".

I can not seem to understand that while my reservation was not respected, I see numerous vehicles of this type on the road and they could not accommodate me another vehicle since they could not respect the delivery date of September 2022.
