I place two orders for electronics and auto hardware and accessories and they send me something total different from what was quote. When I contact them they hang up the phone on me five six times no one wants to talk to me or do something about it. I ask for a refund and they could take take things back they hangup on me over and over again. They lie about everything take it took four weeks to see the shipment and when it came it was supose to be a skid I only got boxes with junk in it. JD closeout is a Cheat do not Buy Anything From Them.

Can anyone tell me of a good place to buy wholesale? I own a resale store and really need a dependable company to work with. Thanks in advance!

Yea i agree. They take a long time to ship the merchandise that was ordered.I had ordered some goods and it took 3 weeks before i even recieved it. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

JD Closeouts employs deceptive languaguage and relies on technicalities such as "As-is" to exploit unsuspecting entrepreneurs. When something seems to good to be true, it generally is...why would stores give them products that they themselves could generate profits from...these folks wordsmith and use deceptive telemarketers to fool people into thinking they are getting a good deal...something less than top end but good factory seconds anyway...instead they send crap and then rely on the As-is and "salvage" language aspects of the contracts. There are 20 complaints against them in the BBB (which, by the way has no teeth). If you want your money, sue them

Unfortunately I had same experience with JDcloseouts. Once I wired the money over to JDcloseouts they just forgot about the original deal and kept on asking for more money for shipping claiming that the original deal was a mistake. But since I already wired in over $8000. JDcloseouts asked for additional $800 for shipping but I agreed only to wire $277 more to get my "original deal". Original deal was to have 4x4x4 feet of 5 pallets but after wiring the money they told me, the pallets were really 5x5x7 ant 7 pallets, which made me look for bigger storage room than original deal offered and costs more money. I got the shipment after 2 weeks and I discovered that items were for products which are not in market any more and there is no support from the vendor for those product. And all electronics were returned product that had signs on them like "broken" that "broken" this from original owners.

I spent so much money and lost my clients because of those people. My sale person's name was Millie she didn't pay attention to what I was saying and she never respond to my emails. Wrong people to do business with!

These people need to go to hell for the hell they put others through. The owner preaches about god and being humble, yet he is nothing but a cheat!
