JAY CORPORATION EXPORTS PTE LTD / Cell Phone Dealer review: Not giving User Manual and valid warranty

Dear All,

I bought a new Nokia 5800 cellphone from this delaer near by Farrer Park MRT. After purchased i opened the User Manual. It was in Mandarin language. So again i called them for English manual. They simply said they dont have it. If i need, i need to go online and take print out whole 120 pages. I really pissed off. This is totally un professional behavior and they cannot expect all the customers will use internet and take print out from there. The way they replied is totally un professional. So please beware of this peoples.
