Jakes Lawn and Tree Service review: Promised work not finished

I hired Jakes tree and lawn service to trim some trees, bushes and to remove a large bush from my yard. He did the work and said he would come back with his stump grinder to remove the jagged stump that was left. I asked him how much I owed him, and I paid him on July 20, 2022. I left him messages, wrote him a letter about coming back to finish the job. He finally returned my call on Aug 30, 2022. He was angry and claimed that the stump removal was not part of the deal. He texted "Call someone else, I'm not getting harassed about a free stump removal. You can tell whoever you like about it."
