Jaffa Neubaum review: Excell Loan Modifications Crook

I have read about a number of mortgage modification scammers on this website. Some of them are major players, people such as Sal Puglia and Brian Mamocchio. There is another person involved in the South Jersey loan modification scam scene who has done more damage to the lives of the American consumer than the two of these men combined. These two very large men are dwarfed in their scam artistry by a 5 foot tall, 80 lb, mole faced, degenerate alcoholic gambler by the name of Jaffa Neubaum aka Jaffa Stein. Jaffa has managed to pilfer tens of thousands of dollars away from mortgage companies, clients, consumers, employees, real estate attornies and the general public. The difference between Jaffa and the likes of a Sal Puglia is she is cunning, relentless and she understands where to go to get the money. She goes directly to the source. Your wallet. She is very good at building a good rapport with her clientelle. She will talk to borrowers until the wee hours of the night, giving her self praise and telling them what a great job she is doing for them. The truth is, she has never successfully modified even one single client's mortgage. She will tell you that her services are worth thousands of dollars because she has amassed such a large network of mortgage banking industry people and real estate attornies. The truth is, no mortgage company will let her set foot on their property. In fact, there are mortgage companies in this area that have restraining orders against her because she continues to try to scam them out of money. She has been forcefully removed from the premises of more than one mortgage company by policemen. All you have to do is google her. Google search Jaffa Stein and find out what a fine mess this one is. Her track record speaks for itself. She's swindled hundreds of thousands away from law firms and clients just to go down to Atlantic City and blow it all away on red. Or is it black that she bets on? I don't know. Whichever one loses I guess... Much like her insanity, her money stealing schemes know no limits. As one of her valued clients, it's only a matter of time before she asks you to help her bail out her poor sick brother who is injustly imprisoned in an Atlantic County jail cell. $1200 seems to be the going rate for this scam. After all, that is the dollar amount she asked me for only to find out that she had pulled the same scam two years earlier on another one of her clients that I met at her office when we tried to get our money back. We never did get our money back. She sent us on a wild goose chase to dozens of mortgage companies that she had worked for. I feel bad for them. They seem like honest men who fell into her trap just like we did as consumers. She sold them on her mortgage modification scam foolery, sank her teeth into their client base, took their money, and left them high and dry with a slew of angry customers in her wake. I pray to God Almighty that you never cross paths with this two faced, lying, sociopath. If on the occassion that you do find yourself having to do business with her, consider yourself warned. It will not end well for you. You will be out of money and in many cases, such as mine, out of home.
