I clicked on, “More Information” and filled out a small form including name and phone number. Soon after I received a call from a high pressure salesman from Hydreight, the business model sounded ok initially. The guy said that if I sign up within 72 hour I would receive perks such as a $500 dream package free of charge, and my yearly fee would be $3,000 instead of $4,000. I told him I would get back in touch with him if I had any other questions, but in the meantime I would pose this idea to the 8,000 plus patients I already have to assess their interest. About an hour later I texted 3 questions and waited. While I was waiting I also emailed the same questions and attempted to leave a voicemail on his phone, “That was not set up” yet to receive voice messages. Finally, over 24 hours later he finally responded. Being very displeased with having to make a decision within 72 hours, and him burning up the first 24 of those hours really discouraged me and I let him know about it. I asked on several occasions to replenish that 24 he wasted by not replying. I probably would have considered signing up if he had, but he didn’t, so I didn’t. I’m glad I didn’t waste my money like others on here had.
Recommendation: Avoid Hydreight, high pressure salesman to sign you up, their service model to answer questions is horrible.
