Its The Wow / vacation package
I purchased a 3 trip vacation package in 2017. I used one of the trips in Aug 2018, and had a great experience. However, I am now trying to book trip 2 of 3 and none of the numbers provided are working phone numbers. I've attempted to email them to their customer service email, and also by responding to a previous email sent to me regaurding my past trip, but I have not recieved any response. Could someone help me and tell me if the company went out of business, changed their number, or what, and how I can get a refund for the other 2 trips. I paid almost $1000.
