I was offered a fake offer letter too! I was contacted by the head of a&r in order to allow them to shop my music to major labels. Once I got a chance to go over the contract with the ceo of the company (mr. Miller), he asked me if I am ready to pay $500 up front for them to go shop my music around. Then he asked me "how old are you?" plus some other non-professional questions that I refused to answer them. After I sent him my music, he got back to me the next day to say the music was pretty good and asked me to provide him with my name and stage name to put in the contract. When I asked him to put the details of shopping my music (travel schedule and the agenda for the whole process of shopping the music) in the contract, he said he doesn't want to do this and then said that my music sucks! Such a shame for these fake companies to scam independent artists and wanting to take their money and do nothing! Beware of this illegitimate fake company...SCAM SCAM SCAM
