I have been trying to obtain my medical records from this company for the social security office, only to be told, after they said that they were on the way, that they cannot send them.
I will have to submit this to the right legal agency it appears and is unbelievable to be dealing with. I have records from nearly every company except this one. For 50 years, Diagnostic Clinic operated here in Clearwater/Largo FL metro area, and closed its doors last year. One of its physicians saved my life in 2020 after being unknowingly libeled and stalked to near death via covert ops and data broker harms. Discrimination against a resultively brain damaged and disabled person has been retaliated against me and violated civil rights. For them to withhold my medical records is illegal and I find that some have inaccurate information on them that need to be corrected. Withholding them for these reasons is not legal either. Please send my records to me so that I can get whatever is needed for them. If not, I need to submit a formal/legal complaint someway. It would be better to simply send them as does a letter received by Iron Mountain states.
