We have a contract from 2022 which stated pricing, however, within one year, the pricing doubled, and is now triple what we were supposed to be paying. We have never received documentation regarding rate increases or the additional fees thy have been charging.
We requested a review of the account, and presented a spreadsheet with the unaccounted for and not approved charged for the last 3 years, and were told they were reviewing it.
In th emeantime, we asked to cancel the service, and were provided with an estimate of $747 to close the account, including charges for future pickups, even though we do not have a current approved contract.
I can't get anyone to help resolve this, and based on our original contract which says that can't raise pricing, they owe us thousands of dollars since they have been charging our credit card. I have tried daily for a month to try to resolve this, but it is apparently not going to happen. I want them to remove the one bin that we have, and neveer contact us again.
