Iron Mountain review: Avoid this company

The costs increase astronomically year on year. We decided to leave and the cost to recover our own documents and have them destroyed were exorbitant. They hold you hostage as you cannot cancel without paying the exit costs. There are other providers that can destroy your documents for a fraction of the costs. They also have no official price list and could not provide any official documents for the costs. Avoid!
