iPostal1 review: Dishonest mail company

These clowns charged me an extra UPS Air Shipping for $41.91 on top of the standard mail by check $4.95. The funny part is that the bank is less than a mile away so why air ship it?!? Their support and service was very slow and very impersonal. It took over an hour to not resolve my issue. In the end they took no accountability for their error and offered to only refund half the amount when it was their fault. The store manager even sent me screenshots to provide Air Shipping was never included so I wonder how many times they have got away with this with other clients. I used their standard mail by check deposit for years and it took this to not trust them as my mail service. The store front Aeromail is a joke also and took weeks to scan my mail items.
