I had a doc to be done by Intrepid Paralegal Solutions LLC for $275. They messed up & had to fix it. They forgot stuff the court needed even though I told them from the start. The first doc they sent to the court was no good & the court said no. I talked to the Paralegal *** who did the first doc & she said she forgot the info. Her phone is 630-*** & email is ***@yahoo.com. Danny M, the boss, said he'd fix it for $300 more. He also sent me a letter saying to stop calling & only email or he'd sue me. My credit card gave me back the $275.

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/05/19) */ ***Document Attached*** Mr. ***** has been a consistent problem to our firm. We informed him we are not attorneys and he continues to try to get us to advise him legally. We performed the work he requested that we do and then the court did not award him as he wanted. Mr. ***** then tried to fraud us by submitting a fraudulent credit card dispute. He did not win any dispute and we can provide the evidence to show we remained paid. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/05/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Attached document will show, irrefutable proof, that as a result of their fraud investigation, CapitalOne, credited back the 3 charges. I am also including 2 "links" that I believe, refer to Mr. Daniel D. M*****. **BBB has removed the submitted links** Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/06/01) */ Mr. ***** continues to harass our team and company. Mr. ***** recieved the requested work product and the court then required additional information based on his long standing and systemically mismanaged case file. Mr. ***** refused to hire an attorney as he was told. We can not provide legal advise. At this point we are going to pursue a peace order against Mr.***** *****. He must stop calling staff that he has attempted to do to try to not adhere with legal procedure.
The credit card vendor paid IPS due to the investigation and resolution of the dispute.
