I stayed at this location in 2016. Wasn't perfect, but ok. I decided to return this time april 1, 2023. Nightmare from hell!

In 2016, they picked up the trash. This time they don't. You have to take out your own trash. Wifi is horrible. You have to have your own towels, toilet paper, pots n pans, dishes, etc. Be sure to check your microwave. The one I had they had to change it out the following day because it shot out sparks. Walls are dirty. Lightbulb by the bed blew out and I had to put in my own bulb. All of the direct surfaces are filthy. Roach infestation! Remote control to the tv was missing the back. General mgr is rude and so is the property mgr. They have shown me all the signs that they do not like dealing with blacks and the disabled population. Please do not waste your time here! Housekeeping is lazy! My room was filthy. Do not walk on their carpet without shoes. Take plenty of cleaning products to clean your room. Don't bother to ask for medical accommodations. They won't do it. The first time that you complain, they will harass you! Be sure to get receipts! Better yet... Just dont go at all. General mgr knocked at the door to the room that I was in. When I told him that I needed to get an appropriate shirt on because I had on my pajamas, he rudely blew me off and wouldnt give me space to do it. I visually watched the same rude person "talk down to an elderly black man!" this location gets great pleasure talking down to blacks! Stay away if you're black and disabled!

Desired outcome: 1. An apology for being RUDE. 2. Gen AND the site mgrs to go through PR training on how to talk to people WITHOUT talking down to them.
