Hi I have still not recieved my impression pack 2 weeks down the line just an email to say that my package was delayed from yourselves and dpd this was on the 21/22 january no updates or anything I have asked for a full refund please and you have sent me an email to send in my pictures well why would I do this when you have not sent my kit
