Instant Global Express Courier Service Company review: Incorrect order and shipment with charges not associated with actual shipment

Mr. Aarav Henry Alex from Melbourne Australia, Phone +[protected] started messaging me via Instagram and has been an online friend for over 2 years and one day I got a message stating that a package was shipped from Mr. Aarav Henry Alex to me with some gifts. The documents was shared with vauge descriptions such as Costmetics, shoes, sneakers, watch, perfume, jewellry and clothing

After the message I reached out to Mr. Alex, who confirmed that he had indeed sent some gifts as a surprise for me which I told him I did not want. He insisted that they were 'nothing' and were just gifts and for me to please accept.

Two days later Instant Global Express sent an email indicating that the package was shipped and the Customs and duties needed to be remitted to have package cleared and delivered smoothly. Funds were remitted as requested to Republic ank Guyana to Abigail Boluwatife Olanipekun, Account #[protected] on 15.10.2022

One day after (Monday 17.10.2022) Instant Global Express sent another email to state that the package was received and while scanning hard currency was found in the package and was in breach of the Anti Money Laundering Act and a charge of

$1,569,800.00 had to be paid immediately to have the package released. I reached out to Mr. Alex, who apologzied and said he must have sent the money in error as the money was to be sent to his monther in Malaysia and for me to pay the fees and he will reimburse when the package is cleared.

Republic Bank Guyana Bank Account number [protected] and name Aaliyah Fraser, was provided for the remittance to which I queried which the account was not the same as the first when I remitted for the Customs duties. To which I was told to follow instructions to have the clearance expedited as they have already spoken with Mr. Alex with whom they have been doing business for over 14 years

I contacted Mr. Alex via whatsapp and he confirmed what Instant Global Express Courier was saying. The payment was made and Global Express advised that they would deliver the package the next day.

I thought that the monies required for the Customs duties as well as the charges for the fine for non declaration of currency was very high and started researching and saw the online waring that the company was not authentic!

I reached out to my bank the very same night with an email to reverse the transactions but I have to await their feedback and go myself into the bank tomorrow morning 18.10.2022 and I am praying that the transactions can be reversed and its not too late!

I have not been able to make contact with Mr Aarav Henry Alex since... cant believe that this was in the planning for over two years!
