I had a disappointing experience with Insight Pest Solutions and would not recommend their service based on my recent interaction.
While the technician visit itself was courteous, the overall communication and documentation were lacking. The report provided after the visit did not accurately reflect the concerns I had clearly raised in advance, including documented rodent activity that was acknowledged during the visit but omitted from the report. There were also inconsistencies in the report details (e.g., the number of bait stations), which raised concerns about accuracy and attention to detail.
More importantly, communication from the company was poor. It appeared that the technician was not informed of my concerns beforehand, requiring me to repeat everything on-site. After the visit, I sent a detailed follow-up email outlining these issues and asking specific, reasonable questions about service coverage and next steps. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed, and I received a generic response focused only on cancellation rather than engaging with the substance of my inquiry.
Although I eventually received partial information, there was no real acknowledgment of the service gaps or effort to address the concerns in a meaningful or professional way. This lack of accountability and customer engagement was frustrating and fell short of expectations.
Overall, the experience reflected weak internal communication, inaccurate reporting, and a lack of responsiveness to customer concerns.
Recommendation: Do not sign up with them
