Insight Pest Solutions review: Poor business practices

I have used this pest control company for several years, but they have raised my rates twice in the past few months without giving me any notice. At the same time, they expect me to provide 30 days’ notice to cancel service. I asked for a refund and they said no. It feels unfair and unacceptable that I am held to a notice requirement they did not extend to me before increasing my rates. In my view, this is poor customer service and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I would never recommend them to anyone.
