Received a phone call from Eduardo offering a free Photoshoot for my twins. The Photoshoot was scheduled for Saturday September 30th, I received a text from Eduardo confirming the shoot for Sunday at 4pm. I pay $50 for which he says would be refundable but I never heard back from him. I made several attempts to get a hold of Eduardo with no response. This man have my credit card information. We need to stop him so no one else gets scammed. This happened at the Parkland location. I need answers.
