Inner Space Creations Private Limited review: 1 piece Ps4 console

I made an offline order from company called inner space creations private limited that was selling playstation 4 consoles on alibaba.com through western union at 21 june 2016 and i ordered 1 console but they told me i need to buy more . I did't accept so i ask them for a refund and they never answered. When i opened a dispute at alibaba they closed it for no reason and i lost my money 200$ + 5$ for western union. We were chatting after alibaba on skype he told me to add him . I want full refund now alibaba is a scam never buy anything from there.
