I purchased product order no: [protected] i didn't get any call sms or anything then product go back to seller. I pay with western union and pay charges for sending money. Now order is cancelled i cant use that money for shopping its policy they pay back to me with taking charge of 15 usd and amaze thing is that my order price is only 12 usd they say just wait for more product cancelled its mean i must shop more from ali express. Its really disgusting. I never saw this type of service you cant use the money for shoping. Its net if you enter you cant go outside of just forget your money. So plz avoid ali pay.
I had my money get refunded however i will never had a chance to take my money. it will be showing in my account as unclaimed money forever. When the customer services from taobao or alipay approach you, they will keep telling you provide your name and they will call you but I never get a call or someone call me from china and hang up on the other hand to show they log a call to the customer. This alibaba is a big scammer. Jack Ma is keep preaching [censor] while scammer running behind
