Ingles Pharmacy review: Refused service due to my "profile".

A male pharmacist came to the drive thru window and said, "You think I have a problem. You have a problem." They usually say name and date of birth. I gave him that information. He said Tricare refused the prescription. It was my secondt refill on a new prescription. I called Tricare and they said they had not been contacted. I went back and he ssid I did not have preauthorization. I called my doctor and they had given It for the first filling. I went back to the drive thru and he ssid it was my primary insurance. This repeatedly went on for hours. He held up the bag, and said "I have it. Go somewhere else and get it." I called corporate, and she said he had to refuse because of my profile.

I went back a different t day and a female pharmacist filled all my prescriptions for 90 days and drew a smiley face on the bag.

I want to know what is on my profile. I want to fill my prescriptions like usual.
