Order confirmation on date Order INF-[protected] on March 04,22. They answered a few emails in the beginning. This product was advertised as "IN STOCK" They processed it right away and billed my credit card company. When you check on your order they state sorry for the delay. They will not commit to a day or when the item will be shipped. It is hard to respect a company when they behave so unprofessional. Most companies get your order ready and ship. They stated it is ""printed in-house per order" The last response was it should be mailed at the end of last week " It did not arrive and no emails.

Their customer service team will not give you any information. I have tried their phone number a lot of times and it is out of order a lot.
Desired outcome: I would like my order shipped and received by me and in the size 23 inches x 23 inches and looking vibrant and beautiful as advertised.
Never received the fabric as stated by previous person. They just say not ready yet, etc. It's been more than 6 weeks! I won't order from them again and filed a dispute with PayPal. Terrible! Avoid them.

Same here no information and no fabric. Contacted twice now and no reply. I should dispute the charge not happy.
I ordered from this company on the website the colors are so bright and vibrant I order 5 different patterns and all of them look faded not even halfway decent it did take a little over a month to receive and I had to contact them to get info but the customer service was genuine and they were nice but I can not order again I want these for skirt for my crochet dresses but I can't use them money wasted
While the fabric is cotton it is thin see through. Not quality quilting fabric and it takes a minimum of a month+ to get the order. I will donate the fabric to a kids crafting class as I cannot use for intended purpose of a quilt. Will not order again.
