Indigo Pet Company review: Refund

I ordered a product about 7 days since posting this and only received an order number and confirmation email. After email the only contact on this website listed (their email - [protected]@gmail.com) about three to four times, asking about when my order will ship - I received no answer. When I put my order number in their "Tracking Tab" All it says is "processing". The bottom of their website states that they do not issue refunds, but it does not say this until after you have ordered through them. It is a scam and I do not respect their business or what they are trying to do.
