However, as he gains your trust he requires prepayment of his labor and he also includes all the supplies that are needed for any job that needs to be done on your property and he requires that payment as well and he will go buy a few items to get one room completed. He will work very hard the first week. Then he will come for an hour and leave every day for a week and then he doesnt come back at all. No supplies are left at your home and he leaves it all unfinished with you having no supplies to finish anything at all. He does not return your call or texts or pleas with him as he knows your budget and he will get every last cent of that budget and you will have lost every dime. He took a relatives money of 7,000 that was for a home for herself and her five children. the house is completely left unfinished and she has no money and no supplies or flooring. anything at all.
