FirstSource Solutions - Starvation since past 2 weeks due to salary not paid by first source solutions in this covid 19.

Greetings & Attention!

I the undersigned needs to apprise you that I have been offered job as Senior Customer Service Associate by First Source Solutions for sky Upgrades and was asked to join after the offer letter revised and scheduled to join on 17th February 2020. I have proved my professional attitude towards work and henceforth did my level best to give the best possible customer experience for the customers living in the United Kingdom who have been paying for Sky TV & Sky Internet Services and more.

During my training I was appreciated several times by the assigned trainer named Ashish Srivastava. I used to always help the other batch mates when in training and on Production Floor for logging in to their dedicated systems assigned by First Source Solutions.

During my OJT i.e (On Job Training) when the Covid 19 hit India. I was among the one who logged in alone on 23rd March 2020 with by Team leader Imtiaz Hussaini and my Operation Manager named Francis Rodriguez. I was paid INR 500/- for the attendance in addition to the daily salary on 23rd February 2020 which was transferred to my salary account in approximately in mid week on April 2020 via HDFC Bank.

Further when the critical time started with Covid 19. We had a Zoom call with delicately assigned members of Team of 8 People to join Mortgage process in presence of my Sky Operation and Team on Zoom meeting platform. As with no further questions I was in for the mortgage process and further was happy with my carrier with First Source Solutions. As I have experienced that due to the technical outages my team an me were not able to be a part on the Zoom meeting and further was bought to my notice that we will be marked absent if we miss training productivity for mortgage. We also had a what's app chat group during the Zoom Meeting were people were posting forwards that Zoom in not a safe application for meeting purposes. After when trying to connect with the assigned HR for Mortgage I was told that I was referred to CM or Customer Management process. I texted personally via whats app with to the assigned trainer Sumit Patnaik where I asked him whether I will be paid salary for the assigned days by default I never had a response from him. Further I was also told by Operations that I am getting additional INR 6120/- for the sales I made when on production floor for Sky Service. I was also informed that this will be credited with the April 2020 salary by end on April 2020 itself.

My prominent concerns for floating this email :

1. I have not been paid salary for the month on April 2020 yet.

2. I was harassed in the weirder professional manner by entire HR - Team of First Source Solutions.

3. I have already informed Rakesh Kadam, Prakash Biswa that I am starving due to lack of essential commodities and will faint or die if salary is not released.

4. The HR - Prakash Biswa confirmed on call today that I am free to escalate my concerns to higher management and they are will only release salary if I am conformed with Comcast i.e. United States - Internet Service Provider.

5. Today on call I was again asked to wait for final approval and only after that the HR - Team only then will be the request put to release my salary. (Please find Salary slip attached for the month of April 2020 below as the salary slip itself states "Bank Name : Held Back".)

6. I have several times informed the HR Team with First Source Solutions that I have taken a shark loan for INR 5000/- for which interest is due since 27th April 2020. I have also informed that I am not able to handle this stress and will be forced to commit Suicide.

7. Due to this I have spoiled my rapport with my friends as I have not accepted my friend's for financial help.

8. I was also insulted on the what's app chat group by others and was taken off the what's app group. Please find what's app chat details exported file attached for the relevant conversations.

9. I am not sure what will happen to me if I am not paid and when First Source Solutions takes me off the job.
